Why Beeldi
Beeldi was created in 2018 by Kévin LE PORT and Thomas FELTRIN, experts in energy management and in building digital tools, within Engie.
They realized that property managers have an increasingly strong need to know precisely the characteristics and state of disrepair of their technical equipment and buildings in order to achieve their carbon emission reduction targets. It's also a key element in identifying their regulatory obligations and monitoring them effectively.
However, the data collected during these audits is difficult to exploit due to its format and heterogeneity.
This is why Kévin and Thomas decided to create Beeldi, to enable property owners to consolidate an exhaustive and up-to-date vision of the state of their assets, and simplify the monitoring of their regulatory and environmental compliance.
Since then, Beeldi has made it possible to centralize uniform, usable data on over 150 million m2 in France, and is considered the benchmark solution in this field.

Kévin Le Port
CEO and CofounderBefore founding Beeldi, Kévin gained valuable experience as an energy efficiency engineer and Energy Manager at ENGIE Cofely, where he deployed Energy Performance Contracts (EPC) to reduce energy consumption and propose innovative solutions. His business expertise combines energy management and real estate technology, reflecting a constant commitment to efficiency, innovation and sustainability.
Thomas Feltrin
CPO and CofounderIn daily contact with Beeldi's customers and users, Thomas designs, optimizes and improves the Equipment Data Platform with his team to meet their challenges. Passionate about tech and driven by the challenges of sobriety and operational efficiency, he makes it a point of honor to ensure that the platform he puts in the hands of his customers is useful, efficient and effective. He began his career with the ENGIE group, where he developed a range of business tools for energy efficiency, management and contract start-up on the computer or on the move, while ensuring their deployment in France and abroad.
Anthony Ambrosio
COO and CofounderConvinced that the Equipment Data Platform is a real added value for real estate owners and managers in this new context, he joined Beeldi as COO. He has diverse expertise in finance and operations. His experience includes roles at Société Générale, where he was M&A Analyst and Venture Capital Analyst at Aurinvest Capital and Robot Lab. At Wilco, he also led an accelerator dedicated to Industry & Proptech startups.
